✔️ Use a Q&A prompt to have AI give you a list of questions. The AI asks questions, you answer conversationally, and you get a draft expense policy.
✔️ Meet with a business partner about the policy you want to document. Record the meeting. Discuss the policy. Transcribe the meeting. Upload the transcript to Claude and prompt the AI to draft a document based on the discussion.
