An AI-Powered Future
Beyond these specific features, Evan painted a vision for ubiquitous AI throughout NetSuite.
He compared it to having a chief of staff who knows everything going on across your business. This virtual assistant capability would surface relevant information and connections to users automatically.
AI at No Additional Cost
These two AI features will be included at no additional cost as part of NetSuite.
As Evan put it, "We want to have a user cost that includes all the important technology you need to succeed. We don't want some users to be more successful than other users. We want all users to be successful."
