Thinking about starting a podcast for your accounting firm? Not so fast!

Podcasting can be valuable for establishing thought leadership but requires a long-term commitment and realistic expectations. It can pay off if you're prepared to invest the time and resources – but don't expect immediate leads or easily attributable revenue.
